High School Diplomas Will Be Awarded January 2016 to Students Who Didn’t Pass the CAHSEE
12/04/2015With the passage of Senate Bill 172, students who met all graduation requirements except passing the California High School Exit Exam (CAHSEE) are now eligible to receive a high school diploma. Senate Bill 172, which was approved in October of this year, suspends administration of the CAHSEE and removes the test as a condition of graduation.
Modesto City Schools will begin issuing diplomas to these students in January 2016. Affected students must contact the Registrar at the high school they attended to receive more information. Below is a list of the contact information for the Registrar office at all high schools within Modesto City Schools.
